Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. There you will find the link to your invoice, our terms and conditions and the cancellation policy.

Of course. As soon as your order has been shipped (which is usually the case on the day of your order or the next day at the latest), you will receive an email with a so-called tracking code.
With this code you can view the progress of your order at DHL at any time.

If your order is received by 2 p.m., your order will be made ready for dispatch on the same day. If we receive your order after 2 p.m., it will be shipped the following day. On public holidays or weekends we ship on the following working day. The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-3 working days with DHL. In other European countries you have to reckon with a longer delivery time.

At Christmas time, of course, we work particularly quickly. Nevertheless, you should have placed your order by December 18th at the latest, so that your piece of jewelry can be found under the Christmas tree!

Of course, only as much of your credit will be deducted as you have ordered. If an amount is still outstanding, you can use it again for your next purchase

On the way to the checkout you will find an input field for your discount code on the right-hand side. Enter the code there and the discount will be automatically applied to the purchase amount and deducted.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason and send the piece of jewelry back to us. Please enclose the completed cancellation form with your shipment. You can use the DHL returns portal for your return . There you can print out your return slip in just a few steps.

The cost of the insured return shipment is €6.90 and if everything is in order with the delivered jewelry, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of the return shipment of €6.90 from the reimbursement amount.

In the event of a return, please use the original packaging if possible. Avoid damage and contamination and ensure adequate protection against transport damage if you can no longer use the original packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.

Once we have checked your return, we will refund the corresponding amount for your returned item on the
same way you placed your order. This usually only takes a few days depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

This is always very annoying and unfortunately happens, always depending on how much "everyday life" you expect your piece of jewelry to have. Contact us by email or by phone. If we have the right stone (which isn't always the case!), we can put it back in for you. It would be even better if you find the lost stone again, then it is no problem at all to use it for you.

Please contact us by email , stating your order number, a brief description of your request and the desired size.

If we do not have the item in the desired size in stock, we will refund the purchase price.
