Payment methods, cancellations and discount campaigns

At Stella-Bijou you can choose between the following secure (SSL encryption) payment methods:

1. PayPal

Just a few steps to payment:
1. At checkout, select "PayPal" as the payment method.
2. In order to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.

 

2. Credit cards - VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD

If you select this payment method, enter the relevant credit card details.
Your order will be processed immediately after the correctness of your information has been checked.
Shipping will be to the delivery address you specified when ordering.

3. Klarna (purchase on account, Sofort and Sofortüberweisung)

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options.
Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods.   • Sofort by Klarna: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Sofortüberweisung - Easy and direct payment. "Instantly." is the direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH - A Klarna Group Company. You pay securely and conveniently with your usual online banking data (PIN/TAN) without registering - now in the new Klarna design. The merchant receives a real-time confirmation after the transfer is complete. The goods can be shipped immediately and you will receive your purchases faster.

Please note the payment information sent by Klarna.

The use of the invoice payment method requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.

4. Payment in advance/bank transfer

Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 5 days, stating the intended use (invoice number). We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing (invoice as a PDF file included in the order confirmation).
Please understand that we can only ship after receipt of the full invoice amount.

 

6.Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, following verification steps. 7.Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following verification steps. Voucher/discount code

If you have received a voucher /discount code or there is a discount campaign with a code , you can redeem this code during the ordering process in the checkout (cash register).
To do this, enter the code given to you in the field provided (discount code). The corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from the total.
If you redeem a voucher and do not use the entire amount, you will have this credit for your next purchase.
Vouchers/discount codes can only be redeemed in our online boutique.
Please note the validity period of the voucher/discount code.

 

Order cancellation

A cancellation of your order is only possible as long as it is not yet in the packing process. If you wish to cancel, please contact Stella-Bijou Customer Service by telephone or email.

If you can no longer cancel your order, you have the following options:

  1. You refuse to accept the package or
  2. They first receive the package and inspect the goods in detail. If you then do not want to keep the goods, you can send them back to us within 14 days of receipt using the declaration of revocation enclosed in the package.

Please always use the DHL returns portal for this. You can print out your return slip there at any time.

In the event of a return, please use the original packaging if possible. Avoid damage and contamination and ensure adequate protection against transport damage if you can no longer use the original packaging in order to avoid claims for damages due to damage caused by defective packaging.

The modalities listed are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

Please note that in the event of your cancellation, you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to those ordered.
